Finance Specialist (Gandhinagar)

We seek a meticulous finance person to support our finance manager/team in executing day-to-day financial procedures. As a Finance Executive, you will manage account records, revise and update financial reports, and prepare financial data for audits, reviews, and taxation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
Participating in the approval process for purchases.
Managing and maintaining accurate accounting records.
Assist with the preparation of payroll documents.
Guiding fiscal procedures.
Collaborating on audits, reviews, and tax preparation activities.
Offering financial advice to managers and internal departments.
Implementing procedures to enhance financial and business processes.
Documenting financial processes for reference.
Managing tasks related to bank reconciliations, TDS, GST filing, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
1+ years of proven work experience in a finance role.
Proficiency in integrated financial management software, including but not limited to FreshBooks, NetSuite, Tally, etc.
Thorough knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and relevant tax codes.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
