Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage financial models for HAM, BOT, and PPP projects
Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and cash flow forecasting
Liaise with NHAI, MoRTH, and other government bodies for financial reporting and compliance
Monitor concession agreements, annuity payments, and toll revenue projections
Handle financial closure processes, including coordination with lenders and equity partners
Ensure compliance with Ind AS, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Prepare and present MIS reports, PL statements, and balance sheets
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accuracy
Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
Support strategic decisions through risk analysis and financial planning
Required Skills Qualifications
CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification
Proven experience in HAM/BOT/PPP financial structuring and execution
Strong understanding of project finance, concession frameworks, and annuity mechanisms
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel-based financial modeling
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with RERA, Ind AS, and infrastructure-specific regulatory frameworks
Preferred Attributes
Experience in road, bridge, or irrigation projects under central/state government schemes
Exposure to SPVs, equity structuring, and debt syndication
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability and cross-functional collaboration

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
