Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents to safeguard company interests.
• Assist in handling legal disputes, claims, and litigation support.
• Liaise with external legal counsel for advice and representation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Maintain and update legal records and documentation.
• Support management on legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate statutory filings, registrations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise the company accordingly.
Qualifications Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate legal practice or as an in-house legal executive.
• Good understanding of corporate laws, contract laws, and regulatory compliances.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
