Job Description
• Oversee the financial operations and performance of assigned groups, ensuring profitability, cost control, and alignment with company goals.
• Prepare and manage Group-specific PL statements and other financial reports.
• Work closely with the Management Representatives and the teams to analyze and improve product-wise margins, making recommendations for financial improvements.
• Participate in planning sessions with Management Representatives and the teams to assess group performance and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Lead the preparation of detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and projections for each group, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company-wide objectives.
• Provide detailed analysis of group performance against budgets, identifying areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
• Compile monthly/quarterly consolidated Management Information System (MIS) reports that highlight variance between actuals and budgeted figures, working closely with the MIS team for accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key financial metrics for each product group.
• Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions within the product groups.
• Assist with decision-making processes by providing comprehensive financial insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to understand the financial implications of various product group initiatives and ensure financial goals are met.
• Assist in raising the financial resources for the group.
• Ensure that the group is consistent with the compliances.
Qualification :
Qualified Charted Accountant with 2-3 years of experience.
