Position
Sales Officer – Ice Cream Division
Territories
* Koshi Region
* North Bihar
* North Bengal
Key Responsibilities
* Appoint and develop distributors across the assigned territory.
* Expand retail coverage and ensure strong market penetration.
* Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly targets.
* Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
* Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and freezer placement.
* Execute market activation, promotional campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
* Ensure timely collections and maintain distributor profitability.
* Submit daily sales reports and market intelligence.
Eligibility
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Minimum 2–6 years of FMCG sales experience.
* Experience in Ice Cream, Dairy, Frozen Foods, Beverages, or Food FMCG will be preferred.
* Candidates currently or previously associated with Amul, Vadilal, Havmor, Mother Dairy, Kwality Wall’s, Cream Bell, Britannia, Parle, ITC, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Dabur, Nestlé, or similar FMCG companies are encouraged to apply.
* Preference will be given to candidates with a strong market network in the Koshi region or North Bengal.
* Excellent distributor development, negotiation, and sales execution skills.
* Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
* Willing to travel extensively.
