About Orelli Paris
Orelli Paris is a young luxury skincare house combining French elegance with next-generation Korean skin science. The brand offers a premium six-product skincare range focused on glow, tone refinement, hydration, barrier comfort and visible skin renewal.
We are now building our offline presence across Delhi NCR and are looking for a field sales professional who can independently develop retail, salon, beauty, residential and direct-selling opportunities for the brand.
Role Overview
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving offline sales and expanding Orelli Paris across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and selected parts of Faridabad.
This is a field-intensive role for someone who is confident in approaching retailers, salons, beauty professionals, residential societies, corporate offices and potential sales partners.
The selected candidate will act as the on-ground representative of Orelli Paris and will be responsible for generating sales, opening new accounts, managing follow-ups and building long-term relationships across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
1. Offline Sales Generation
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Delhi NCR.
• Generate direct product sales through retail visits, salon partnerships, society activations, corporate counters and local sales opportunities.
• Present and recommend Orelli Paris products based on customer concerns such as pigmentation, dullness, hydration, early signs of ageing and barrier care.
• Promote individual products as well as two-product and three-product skincare rituals.
2. Retail and Salon Expansion
• Identify and onboard premium salons, beauty studios, cosmetic stores, skincare outlets, pharmacies, lifestyle stores and multi-brand retailers.
• Build relationships with salon owners, beauty professionals, makeup artists and retail decision-makers.
• Negotiate margins, trial orders, display placements and replenishment terms.
• Ensure regular repeat orders from active retail and salon partners.
3. Delhi NCR Territory Management
• Cover key territories including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and selected Faridabad markets.
• Plan daily and weekly market routes.
• Maintain a structured list of prospects, active accounts, follow-ups and closed sales.
• Prioritise high-potential areas, premium societies, retail markets and beauty clusters.
4. Society, Corporate and Counter Sales
• Identify premium residential societies, corporate offices, gyms, salons, cafés and private commercial spaces for temporary Orelli Paris counters.
• Coordinate permissions and basic setup for approved promotional counters and product demonstrations.
• Conduct product trials, collect customer leads and convert walk-in interest into sales.
• Follow up with customers through WhatsApp and direct communication.
5. Distributor and Reseller Development
• Identify suitable local distributors, micro-distributors, resellers and beauty product traders.
• Support introductory meetings, product presentations and commercial discussions.
• Help develop a reliable local sales and replenishment network.
• Track distributor and reseller performance where assigned.
6. Stock and Order Management
• Monitor stock movement with retailers, salons and sales counters.
• Coordinate timely replenishment and prevent stock-outs.
• Maintain accurate records of products issued, sold, returned or held as display stock.
• Ensure proper payment collection and documentation.
7. Product Presentation and Brand Standards
• Represent Orelli Paris in a professional, premium and well-groomed manner.
• Ensure products are displayed cleanly and correctly.
• Explain product benefits and ingredients without making exaggerated or medical claims.
• Maintain the luxury positioning of the brand during every customer and retailer interaction.
8. Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitor brands, pricing, retail schemes, customer feedback and bestselling skincare categories.
• Share weekly updates on market demand, customer objections, competitor activity and sales opportunities.
• Identify high-performing locations and recommend where Orelli Paris should expand next.
9. Reporting
• Submit daily visit and sales updates.
• Maintain records of leads, retailer meetings, follow-ups, orders and collections.
• Provide weekly territory reports covering:
• New outlets approached
• New partners onboarded
• Sales achieved
• Repeat orders
• Customer leads
• Pending payments
• Market feedback
• Next-week action plan
Candidate Profile
Experience
• 1–5 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, personal care, salons, pharmacy, wellness or FMCG is strongly preferred.
• Candidates with strong beauty retail or salon sales experience will receive preference.
Market Knowledge
• Good knowledge of Delhi NCR markets.
• Familiarity with salons, cosmetic stores, pharmacies, residential societies, commercial markets or beauty professionals is preferred.
• Existing relationships with beauty retailers, salons, makeup artists or distributors will be an advantage.
Skills
• Strong field-sales and negotiation ability.
• Confident in approaching new retailers and business owners.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; working English is preferred.
• Ability to explain skincare products clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable with cold visits, follow-ups and sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets or mobile-based reporting.
• Able to work independently without constant supervision.

• Honest in reporting sales, collections and inventory.
• Comfortable spending most working hours in the field.

Education
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Candidates with strong relevant field-sales experience may also be considered.
• MBA is not required.
Compensation
• Fixed salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience and market knowledge.
• Monthly sales incentives.
• Additional incentive for new outlet onboarding, repeat orders and target achievement.
• Local travel or field allowance may be provided as per company policy.

• Opportunity to grow into Territory Sales Manager or Regional Sales Lead based on performance.

The selected candidate will be expected to:
• Build an active pipeline of retail, salon and direct-sales opportunities.
• Open new sales accounts every month.
• Generate both first-time and repeat orders.
• Maintain regular field activity across Delhi NCR.
• Meet agreed monthly sales targets.
• Build Orelli Paris as a premium and trusted skincare brand in the offline market.
Important
This is not a desk job.
The role requires regular travel, market visits, retailer meetings, sales follow-ups and direct responsibility for revenue generation.
