As a Field Sales Executive, you will engage with potential customers, presenting them with the best insurance solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct field visits, leveraging our fixed appointments, and showcasing the benefits of various insurance plans.

To excel in this role, you need to be a graduate between the ages of 18 and 33. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential, along with proficiency in the regional language of the location. Male candidates with at least 6 months of direct sales experience and a valid driving license are welcome to apply.
Q3. What does the compensation package include?
Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, with the potential to earn up to 3.3 Lacs per annum, based on your interview performance and experience. Additionally, you'll receive travel allowances of INR 250 for each visit, on top of the fixed CTC.
Q4. What are the working hours and days?
We offer a fantastic work culture with a complete day shift. You'll be working 6 days a week, with a rotational off. Please note that Sundays will not be fixed off. The shift window is from 8 am to 8 pm, with fixed shift timings of 10 am to 7 pm, which might vary based on scheduled visits.
