About the Role
This is not a desk job.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable being on the ground—meeting clients across cities, building relationships, and closing deals in person.
If you prefer sitting in an office, this role is not for you.
What You’ll Do
• Travel across Chennai and other cities to meet clients
• Pitch advertising and signage solutions (LED boards, branding, outdoor media)
• Build strong on-ground relationships with business owners, agencies, and corporates
• Convert meetings into long-term business deals
• Represent BT GLO in the market
Who This Role Is For
• Someone who enjoys travelling and meeting new people daily
• Strong communication and confidence in face-to-face selling
• Street-smart, presentable, and persuasive
• Experience in sales is a plus (not mandatory if attitude is strong)
Who Should NOT Apply
• People looking for a desk job
• Candidates uncomfortable with frequent travel
• Those who rely only on calls/messages to sell
Compensation
• Fixed salary + travel allowance + high incentives
• Performance-based growth (fast-track roles)
