In this role, you will be the face of our company in local neighborhoods. You’ll be knocking on doors, introducing our roofing services, identifying storm/wind damage, and helping homeowners get their roofs replaced—often covered by their insurance. No experience? No problem. We provide full, hands-on field training. If you have the hustle, we have the blueprint to help you make six figures.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Generate Leads (Canvassing): Knock on doors in targeted residential areas to introduce our services and schedule free roof inspections.
Inspect Roofs: Perform basic visual inspections of roofs to identify wind, hail, or storm damage (we will train you on what to look for).
Educate Homeowners: Explain the roof replacement process clearly, helping homeowners understand how we guide them through the restoration.
Close Deals: Build trust with property owners, present estimates, and sign up new clients.
Track Progress: Manage your daily territory, track your leads, and follow up diligently with homeowners.

Uncapped Earning Potential: Base pay plus aggressive commissions, or 100% commission structures that reward top producers. Earn anywhere from $60,000 to $120,000+ in your first year.
