Job Description

The FOS Executive Agri is responsible for visiting rural areas, meeting farmers, generating leads, and promoting agricultural loan products. The role requires extensive field travel and direct interaction with farmers to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
• Visit assigned villages and rural areas to identify potential customers.
• Meet farmers and explain agricultural loan products and benefits.
• Generate leads and source current agri-loan applications.
• Assist farmers with documentation and loan application processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers and local influencers.
• Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
• Coordinate with branch teams for loan processing and approvals.
• Conduct market surveys and identify business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Ensure regular follow-up with customers until loan disbursement.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Age: 21 to 34 years
• Qualification: Graduate (Preferred)
• Experience: 0-3 years in Sales, BFSI, Microfinance, Agri Finance, NBFC, Insurance, or Field Sales.
• Language: Local language (Read, Write, Speak)
• Must be comfortable with field sales and rural travel.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Salary:
• NTH: 17,000 per month Position 1: FOS Executive Agri
