Job Description – Fiber & Radio Frequency (RF) Technician
Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Fiber & RF Technician to support installation and maintenance of telecom networks. The candidate should have basic knowledge of fiber optics and RF systems and be comfortable working on field sites.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in laying and installation of fiber optic cables.
Support fiber splicing, jointing, and basic testing activities.
Install and maintain RF equipment such as antennas and cables.
Assist in site surveys and signal testing under supervision.
Identify and report network faults and assist in troubleshooting.
Perform basic preventive maintenance of fiber and RF systems.
Maintain daily work reports and documentation.
Follow safety guidelines and site protocols at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of Fiber Optics and RF (Radio Frequency)
Understanding of telecom equipment and cabling
Basic troubleshooting skills
Good teamwork and communication
Willing for site work
Preferred Candidate Profile
0–1 year of experience in telecom / fiber / RF field
ITI / Diploma candidates preferredFreshers with relevant training can also applyWilling to travel for site workEagerness to learn and grow in telecom field
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
