We are seeking a motivated and reliable Female Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and help keep our office operations running smoothly. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or women looking to gain experience in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Perform data entry, maintain records, and organize files
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing calendars
• Help with printing, scanning, photocopying, and handling mail
• Support other staff with general administrative duties as needed
• Keep the office area tidy and well-organized

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, punctual, and willing to learn
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous internship or admin experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to multitask and handle simple office responsibilities independently
• Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
