Role Overview:
As an FM L3 engineer, you will be responsible for assuring end-to-end fault/incident & problem management with the main objective of resolution to SLA & OLA requirements. You will handle the higher level of escalation in case of network incidents and provide resolution, analysis, and expertise in complex faults that require deep procedural and technical knowledge.
