Job Description
Fashion Tutor – Roles & Responsibilities
Teach Fashion Designing concepts including:
Fashion illustration
Fabric knowledge
Color theory
Pattern making
Garment construction
Trend analysis & styling
Guide students in practical projects & portfolios
Prepare students for industry-level skills
Conduct theory + practical sessions
Monitor student progress and provide feedback
Assist in fashion shows, exhibitions & student presentations
Tailoring Tutor – Roles & Responsibilities
Teach basic to advanced tailoring skills
Handle:
Cutting & stitching
Measurements
Alterations
Machine handling (manual & industrial)
Train students in:
Blouse, kurti, salwar, pant, dress, and designer outfits
Ensure proper finishing, fitting & quality control
Support students in live garment production
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Fashion Designing & Tailoring
Excellent practical teaching ability
Good communication & student handling skills
Patience and passion for teaching
Ability to work with students of all age groups
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹11,684.40 - ₹63,849.89 per month
Expected hours: 18 per week
Work Location: In person
