Job Description:
PNW USA Inc. is seeking a creative and motivated Entry-Level Fashion Designer to join our growing team. This role will assist in designing and developing private label apparel and custom orders for retail clients. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or junior designers looking to gain hands-on experience in the apparel industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing private label apparel collections
Create custom designs based on client requirements
Prepare tech packs, sketches, and design specifications
Conduct trend research and contribute design ideas
Work with internal teams to support product development
Ensure accuracy of designs during development process
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge of garment construction and fabrics
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:

Internship or project experience in fashion or apparel design
Interest in activewear, casualwear, or retail fashion
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
