Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer specializing in women’s western wear to conceptualize and develop stylish, market-relevant collections. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for emerging trends, strong knowledge of fabrics and garment construction, and the ability to translate ideas into commercially successful designs.
Roles:
• Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and fashion trend research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
• Source and evaluate fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and design concepts for seasonal and capsule collections.
• Work closely with pattern makers and sampling teams to ensure proper fit, construction, and design execution.
• Contribute actively to collection planning, merchandising discussions, and product line expansion.
• Maintain design documentation, technical specifications, and sample approvals to support smooth production.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related discipline.
