Responsibilities
This full-time, on-site role will focus on creating and maintaining detailed tech packs, supporting sample development, and collaborating closely with design, production, and vendor teams to bring high-quality products from concept to production
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of garment construction, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in activewear and performance apparel
Create, update, and maintain detailed tech packs for activewear and sportswear styles
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure garment specifications, measurements, and construction details are accurate
Apply production knowledge to support product development and troubleshoot potential manufacturing issues
Assist with sample development by organizing documentation, tracking revisions, and communicating updates with internal teams and vendors
Review sample comments and manage revision tracking to ensure accurate execution of design updates
Support material, fabric, and trim selection as needed
Maintain organized product documentation throughout the development and production process

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Fashion Designer with strong technical design skills and production knowledge to join our activewear development team. This full-time, on-site role will focus on creating and maintaining detailed tech packs, supporting sample development, and collaborating closely with design, production, and vendor teams to bring high-quality products from concept to production.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in both Korean and English required; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Passion for activewear, sportswear, and performance apparel is highly valued.
