Responsibilities
Fit leadership: Lead & conduct live fit sessions using fit model, pattern expertise and fit forms to evaluate samples for fit, performance and functionality
Ensure alignment with design intent and customer performance expectations
Technical Package Ownership: Strong PLM knowledge to manage end to end fit cycle
Create and maintain detailed technical packages in PLM, including specs, grading, construction details, and fit evaluation comments
Customer Centric Product Integrity: Drive data led approach focused on customer insights, returns-based learning loops and implementing learnings to elevate fit to meet & exceed customer expectations
Fit Quality & Technical Direction: Follow rigorous quality assurance gates through development, production and post purchase stages
