We are seeking a passionate and creative junior fashion designer to join our team and contribute to our mission of sustainable fashion. As a junior fashion designer at Filament, you will play a crucial role in designing new products from waste textiles, contributing to our commitment to a circular economy.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and create innovative fashion products using recycled textiles
• Research and stay updated on current fashion trends and sustainable materials
• Create detailed sketches and design layouts for new product concepts
• Ensure design concepts are in line with business strategy
• Work closely with the team to ensure designs are feasible for upcycling processes
• Create prototypes and samples of new designs, relevant materials for prototype creation will be provided
• Provide input on material selection, color palettes, and overall aesthetic of the products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs from concept to production
