We are seeking a creative, knowledgeable, and passionate Fashion Designing Teacher to educate and inspire students in the principles and practices of fashion design. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to foster creativity while helping students develop practical design skills. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in fashion design, garment construction, textile studies, pattern making, draping, fashion illustration, and sewing techniques.
Develop lesson plans, assignments, and practical projects aligned with the curriculum. Teach students the use of fashion design software and industry tools where applicable. Demonstrate garment construction techniques and supervise practical sessions.
Assess student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support students' academic and creative growth. Encourage innovation, creativity, and critical thinking in fashion design projects.
Organize fashion exhibitions, student showcases, workshops, and competitions. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, organized learning environment. Stay updated with current fashion trends, textile innovations, and industry practices.
Collaborate with faculty and management to enhance the quality of the fashion design program. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress. QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Apparel Design, or a related field.
Relevant teaching certification (if required by the institution). Prior teaching or industry experience in fashion design is preferred.

Preferred
Experience1–3 years of teaching or professional experience in the fashion industry (preferred).
Experience conducting practical workshops, exhibitions, or fashion shows is an added advantage.
