Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Our growing law firm is looking to hire a Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant who is fiercely passionate about representing clients facing one of the most challenging times in their lives.
Duties Include
• Client contact/meetings
• Preparing/filing pleadings and motions
• Scheduling
• Preparing files for depositions/trial
• Preparation of Case Information Statements (CIS)
Qualifications
• 1- 3 years of some Family Law experience
• Must have the ability to work independently, multitask, and take initiative
• Must be proficient in Word
• Please submit a resume and cover letter identifying specific family law experience
• Candidates without verifiable NJ family law experience will not be considered for this position
• Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
• NJ Family Law: 1 year (Required)
