Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Designer based in Ahmedabad. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and developing seasonal collections, creating sketches, selecting fabrics, and collaborating with production teams. The role also involves staying updated with current fashion trends, researching new design techniques, and presenting innovative ideas to enhance the brand's appeal. Additionally, the Fashion Designer will interact with vendors and suppliers to source material while ensuring that final products meet the company’s quality standards. Qualifications - Strong skills in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Pattern Making - Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator or similar tools - Knowledge of textiles, fabric selection, and garment construction - Ability to research and stay updated with fashion trends and market demands - Strong creativity and attention to detail accompanied by time management skills - Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills - Prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
