Responsibilities
Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools, ensuring quality standards are met
Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision, adhering to safety protocols
Prepare materials and components required for production runs
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety guidelines
Assist with loading and unloading materials from lorries or storage areas
Support team members with general factory duties as needed to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools and power tools is highly desirable
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting, moving items, and standing for extended periods
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks within the factory environment
Must be aged 18 or over and able to work flexible hours as required
