QC Fresher Job Description
Perform visual and dimensional inspection of medical device components.
Check and verify process parameters during production.
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Maintain daily quality records, inspection reports, and process monitoring documents.
Verify and release approved components for the next production stage.
Follow SOPs, GMP, ISO, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
Identify non-conforming products and report quality issues to senior engineers.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions when defects are found.
Coordinate with production to improve product quality.
Use MS Office (Excel, Word) for documentation and reporting.
Eligibility
Diploma/B.Tech in CIPET (Plastics Technology/Processing & Testing) or equivalent qualification.
Basic knowledge of:
Injection Moulding
Plastic materials
Measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
Quality tools (7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram)
MS Excel & Word
Skills Expected from a Fresher

Basic understanding of plastic processing and quality inspection
