We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Guindy. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services over the phone. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into sales and maintain excellent customer relations.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Make Outbound Calls:** Contact potential customers using provided leads and follow up with them to introduce our products or services.- **Understand Customer Needs:** Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences, ensuring you offer the best solutions tailored to them.- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives by effectively selling products/services to customers.- **Maintain Customer Records:** Keep accurate and updated records of customer interactions and sales activities in our database for reference.- **Handle Customer Queries:** Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience and building rapport.- **Collaborate with Team Members:** Work closely with fellow team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills to effectively articulate product advantages. A positive attitude and a persuasive approach are essential for success in this role. Candidates should also be self-motivated and goal-oriented, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt. Basic computer skills are necessary for maintaining records and handling customer data efficiently. Prior experience in sales is a plus, but freshers with a can-do spirit are also encouraged to apply.
