LumiByte Technologies is a small, fast-moving AI and data company building infrastructure for India's largest media publishers. Helping them decode audiences, power content, and activate with AI.
We're a tiny team doing work that matters at real scale. There are no big committees here. If something needs to get done, you figure it out and you do it.
We're now looking for someone to own delivery end-to-end — not just track it.

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO

▸ Own end-to-end delivery of client and product projects — from kickoff to go-live — across business and engineering teams
▸ Sit at the intersection of functional and technical — translate what a client or product needs into what the tech team should build, and translate technical constraints back into terms the business side understands
▸ Bring your own point of view on the solution — question assumptions, propose better approaches, and shape scope rather than just tracking it
▸ Think beyond the immediate deliverable — every solution should be built to last, not just to ship. Prioritize sustainable, scalable approaches over quick fixes
▸ Coordinate across teams, unblock dependencies, and keep multiple parallel projects on track

▸ How to think like a consultant — solutioning first, scheduling second
▸ How AI-native products actually get built and shipped, working directly alongside founders

🙋 WHO YOU ARE

▸ 3–6 years of experience, with time actually spent working on AI-based solution projects — not just managed timelines for one
▸ You're not a typical IT-industry PM — you've been close enough to the build to have real opinions on it
▸ You can hold your own in a technical conversation about data, models, or architecture
▸ Equally comfortable in a room with engineers and a room with business stakeholders

▸ Prior hands-on exposure to AI/ML or data product delivery — not purely conventional software/IT project management
▸ Ability to think in terms of solutions and architecture, not just tasks and timelines
▸ Comfort evaluating and interpreting data to inform decisions
▸ Strong stakeholder management — internal teams and external clients

▸ Experience in AI/data products, media-tech, or ad-tech
▸ Working familiarity with SQL or basic data analysis
