Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the incoming and outgoing movement of fabrics.
Conduct fabric quality inspections, including pH testing, GSM, shade, and defect checks.
Verify the length, width, height, and quantity of fabrics as per specifications.
Match incoming fabric with approved samples and quality standards before acceptance.
Plan and allocate fabric to production as per manufacturing requirements.
Supervise the process of converting running fabric into cut pieces based on production plans.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimum stock levels.
Coordinate with vendors regarding fabric deliveries, quality issues, and replacements.
Lead and supervise the fabric team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Identify and report fabric defects, shortages, and discrepancies to the concerned departments.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and traceability of fabrics.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on inventory, quality inspections, and fabric consumption.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
