Export Documentation Executive

Candidate will be responsible for export checklist preparation , online bill of entry filing, shipping bill filling, Coordination with Shipping Line, CFS and other activity related to Exports Custom clearance.

Prepare all pre post document of Export Custom clearance documents, like as preparation of bill of entry Checklist, Shipping bill checklist, online filling bill of entry and shipping bill, coordination with shipping line, collecting charges from Shipping line and CFS, scrutiny of all the documents, verifying correct BTN/Classification of the import goods, checking proper duty structure etc.

Follow up with shipping line taking Freight Rates, arrival details, IGM/ ITEM, Shipping line charges etc.

Follow up with CFS for arrival of container in CFS and payments

Coordination with field staff for clearance.

Send the documents to field staff for custom clearance and coordination with group for assessment. the documents to CHA for filing of Bill of entry and give approval for the same.

Arrangement of transporter.

Sending Daily status report to customer.

Clearance of goods under Drawback / MEIS Scheme etc.

Candidate with 2-3 years experience preferred
