Expert Tuning and Optimization

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled expert in performance tuning and optimization of complex systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dynatrace application and its automation methods.
Main Responsibilities:
• Configure Collectors, Web agents, and Host agents for seamless data collection and analysis.
• Train users on best practices and Dynatrace features for proactive monitoring and performance optimization.
Key Deliverables:
• Manage competing requests across simultaneous engagements to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze transaction counts per hour and host/process health to identify areas for improvement.
• Interface with other Infrastructure support teams to ensure seamless integration.
Skills and Experience:
• Ability to manage a team and set up multiple instances of complex systems.
• Experience with thread dumps and performance tuning suggestions to optimize system performance.
• Excellent communication and training skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
