Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests.
Welcome guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
Ensure timely and efficient service while maintaining quality standards.
Set up and clear tables according to restaurant standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Train and guide junior stewards on service standards and SOPs.
Ensure cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
