Job Description
This is a seasonal job opportunity available until the end of September.

Servers are responsible for understanding our menu inside and out, keeping all touch points clean and organized, and of course, treating each and every guest with the respect and care they deserve. Responsiblities:
Working conditions: this may be an indoor or outdoor setting depending on the daily shift schedule, dress accordingly for weather conditions. Always be prepared for adverse weather conditions
The schedule varies according to the position, and may include days, evenings or weekends
Good personal grooming, confidence, integrity, and ability to manage stress are required
An understanding of complex situations, attention to detail and openness to change are required. Interpersonal skills, facility with meeting people, teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, good verbal communications skills and listening skills are required
Ensure quality service with an emphasis on cleanliness, organization, efficiency, accuracy, professionalism, and courtesy at all times
Be able to work on your own with limited supervision
Adhere to The Dunes Golf & Winter Club dress code
Greeting all guests in a timely and professional manner
Service of food and alcohol
Bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables
Placing to-go orders
Prep work for areas and side duties
Setting up and closing workstations
Stocking all areas of responsibility
Preparing bills and processing payment
Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes, general upkeep of all areas inside and on the course
Greeting all guests in a timely and professional manner
Service of food and ******* in a presentable and timely manner
Confirm cart is fully operational before starting rounds (gas, air in tires, oil etc.)
Park and hose down cart at the end of the shift. Carts must be kept clean at all times
Daily cash out and reconciliation of all payments
Qualifications:
Experience in restaurant operations required. On-the-job training is provided
A valid Driver's License
ProServe Certificate required
Background in the golf industry is an asset
