We’re looking for ambitious, target-driven Recruitment Consultants who want to step into a warm, revenue-generating desk, earn exceptional commission, and build a long-term career in a highly lucrative sector — no prior Life Sciences experience required.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of a 360 warm desk, partnering with global Life Sciences organisations to deliver critical hires.
You will:
Manage and grow a warm desk with live vacancies and established clients
Develop new business and long-term client relationships
Headhunt and engage senior-level talent globally within the Life Sciences market
Deliver strategic recruitment solutions by deeply understanding client and candidate needs
Place candidates into highly specialised, niche roles
Stay ahead of market trends and sector growth
