At OneFortyOne Kaituna Sawmill, we are actively seeking skilled Sawmill Workers who are ready to seize the opportunity for personal and professional growth. If you have experience in any division of Sawmill operations, and are ready to upskill or even relocate, we want to hear from you!
What We Are Looking For:
Skilled Sawmill Workers to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will be dependent on your experience and career progression goals. We will work with you to find the right role.

Loader Drivers
Head-Rig Operators
Edger Operators
Re-saw Operators
Forklift Operators
Treatment Operators
Automatic Stacker Operators
Bin Sorter Operators

About You:
Along with having at least a foundational level of mill experience in any of the above roles, we require candidates that are:
Physically fit.
Can do attitude and willing to work with others.

Committed to Health and Safety best practice (Please note that we maintain a drug and alcohol-free workplace)
Willing to learn and committed to continuous improvement.
Positive and can maintain an optimistic outlook.

What We Offer:

$24.65 to $25.80 – General Mill Hand / Operator with introductory experience
$25.80 to $32.97 – Experienced General Mill Hand / Operator
$32.97 to $38.62 – Qualified Technician/Machinist/Engineer
