Job Responsibilities As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for * Processing transactions, including check processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Coordinating with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to ensure smooth transaction processing * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases and sports assigned, following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from members for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member back exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need * A high school degree or equivalent * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable
