Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service support to our clients while working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of careerzynith products and services to provide accurate information and support. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is addressed and enhancements are implemented where necessary. Engage with customers to foster positive relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty to the careerzynith brand. Assist in training new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to maintain a high standard of customer service. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers and a confident demeanor. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to adjust content based on the audience. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. A solid understanding of decision-making processes and the ability to plan effectively to meet customer needs. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
