Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers and a confident demeanor. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to adjust content based on the audience. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. A solid understanding of decision-making processes and the ability to plan effectively to meet customer needs. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
