🚀 We’re Hiring: Scan to BIM Modeler (Revit / BIM)

📍 Rajajinagar, Bengaluru | On-site only

At Cosmere Technologies, we deliver cutting-edge BIM solutions for the AEC industry. We’re expanding our team and looking for BIM-proficient professionals who are excited to work exclusively on Scan to BIM projects.

🧩 Position

Scan to BIM Modeler (Point Cloud / Reverse Engineering)

⚠️ Core role will be Scan to BIM (point cloud–based modeling).

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong BIM / Revit experience, especially from CAD/PDF to BIM backgrounds, as they adapt quickly to Scan-to-BIM.

Prior point cloud experience is a plus but not mandatory.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
• Create Revit models from point clouds (as-built / reverse engineering).
• Work exclusively on Scan to BIM projects.
• Handle and process point cloud datasets — internal training will be provided.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP elements accurately.
• Follow internal Scan to BIM standards and QC workflows.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure quality and timely delivery.

✅ Requirements
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Architecture / Mechanical).
• Experience: 3–5 years in:
• Revit-based BIM modeling – must-have
• CAD/PDF to BIM (forward engineering experience is valuable background)
• Scan to BIM / point cloud modeling – nice to have
• Good understanding of building components and detailing.
• Strong willingness to specialize full-time in Scan-to-BIM.
• Immediate joiners preferred (within 15 days).

📍 Location
• Rajajinagar, Bengaluru
• On-site only (no remote, no online interviews)

💰 Salary

₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA (based on skills & experience)
