Upper Beaconsfield Community Early Learning Centre is looking for a casual experienced Educator. The role will have you working closely alongside our Lead Educators, in a casual capacity, (2-3 days per week 22.5 hours per week).

We genuinely put our children FIRST. We are not-for-profit and every dollar outside of our operating costs goes straight back into the Centre!
We are a small service, with up to 27 children per day. We have 2 classrooms (0 - 3 and 3 - 5 years). If you are looking for a break from large 100+ place Centre's, we welcome you to our community.
We close for 2 weeks over Christmas, so you’re guaranteed a break during this time of the year.
Our operating hours are 7:30am – 5:30pm. We offer rotating shifts and applicant must be able to work flexible times.
Our Centre is located within the Community Centre, which provides us with access to community events and wider connections for our children.
We have beautiful natural surroundings in Upper Beaconsfield, including a community garden, a public playground and a large area of greenery to access at anytime.
The pillars of our philosophy are our community connections, nature based programs/play, risky play experiences, and holding our children at a high expectation promoting them to have more control over their own learning!
We have high staff retention, due to our flexible shifts, leave and super supportive team environment.
Who we're looking for:
You need to be able to actively contribute to and be part of a team environment
Someone highly motivated and passionate to drive high quality outcomes for our children and families
Someone who is flexible, demonstrates initiative and contributes their ideas
Someone with a minimum of 2 years experience
Someone who is confident and knowledgeable in observations, planning and the implementation of the educational program
At this time, we are not looking for Educators without experience, but encourage you to keep an eye on our website for ongoing vacancies.
