Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Exhibition Event and Interior Sales role based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients for exhibition stands, retail fit-outs, and interior projects, managing inquiries, and preparing proposals and quotations. The team member will conduct client meetings, understand requirements, coordinate with design and production teams, and follow up throughout the project cycle to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining a sales pipeline, meeting sales targets, supporting event and exhibition marketing initiatives, and representing Sharptech Creations at trade shows and client presentations. The role also requires accurate documentation, regular reporting to management, and ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in exhibitions, interiors, or related industries.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build long-term client relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess Event Planning and Event Marketing skills to support exhibition participation, corporate events, and brand activations.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively with design, production, and operations teams, with strong coordination and time-management skills.
• Relevant experience in exhibition stall sales, interior projects, or BTL activation will be highly beneficial.
• Comfort with on-site client visits across Delhi/NCR and willingness to travel for events or trade shows as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or sales tracking tools, along with good written communication skills.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
