Job Title : Executive Recruiter (NON IT)

Department : Human Resources

Reporting To : General Manager - HR

Location : Mumbai (Prabhadevi)

Experience : 3+ Years

Working : 5 Days (Saturday Sunday Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• End to End Recruitment of Permanent and Temp employees.

• Will play a role till finalizing the candidate – Negotiating the offer, then will hand over the same to HR

Operations team.

Performance Management/Talent Review.

• Ensure that the KRAs and KPI’s of all employees are set at the beginning of the year in consultation

with the functional head and the copy of the same is duly acknowledged by the employee and the

reporting manager and filed in the personal file.

• Ensure there exists a free and fair practices/methods of conducting performance appraisals and

Evaluation.

Other Activities

• To assist in all HR Projects as and when they come.

• Assist in Employee Engagement activities.

• Focusing more on CMe Recruitment Module.

• For Temp Staff details to be maintained

• To be close to QMS TAT

• Maintaining Database.

Requirements And Specific Skills:

• 3 – 5 Years’ Experience in Human Resources field
