Executive Record To Report

Greetings for the Day…!!! We are looking for a Executive for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience into Record To Report ( GL, Fixed assets). Exp: - 3 + years CTC: Up to 6 LPA Location: Pune Shifts : - Us Shift Notice Period - Immediate Job Description:- • To perform RTR related activities which consist of Fixed Asset, GL Reconciliation, Inventory valuation, Intercompany Reconciliation, Export Incentive, Bank Reconciliation, month end accrual & provision, audit & liasoning. • Comply with organisation's finance and accounting policies for respective process. • Perform month-end accruals & provisions as per given timelines. • Perform General Ledger Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Fixed Asset Accounting & reporting, Ledger scrutiny, follow-up with stakeholders to clear the BS open items. • Monthly Intercompany Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation to ensure no open items pending more than 1 month. • Ledger scrutiny with identification of old BS open items which need to clear within SLA. • Creation of Fixed Asset Master as per Asset Class, Tangible & Intangible Asset Capitalisation through PS Module, transfer, disposal & sale. • Monthly Depreciation posting, maintain asset documentation for audit purpose, prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, Reconcile fixed asset subsidiary ledger to general ledger, • Coordination with Plant Project Team for Project Capitalization & various asset accounting related issues, • Accountable for evaluating, reconciling and resolving complex accounting transactions and ensuring reconciliations of accounts. • Monthly/quarterly Inventory provision for Standard Vs Actual, NRV, LED & slow-moving inventory. Preparation of provision entries and posting after approval from management. Reconciliation of Inventory sub-ledger(stock sheet) with main Ledger Account. • Support to internal and external stakeholders to complete the monthly/quarterly/yearly activities to close the books accurately to prepare financials reports. • We are looking for candidates who can join us Immediately If you find this interesting and inline with your career aspiration, please share your CV on anjalip@rightmoveconsultants.com or call on 87+++87537.
