Do you love bringing events to life?
We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Executive Meeting Manager to coordinate exceptional meetings, conferences, and social events from booking through execution. You'll serve as the primary liaison between our clients and hotel teams, ensuring every event exceeds expectations
What You'll Do
Coordinate and detail corporate and social events
Prepare accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event resumes
Manage client communications before, during, and after each event
Coordinate room setups, AV requirements, menus, VIP requests, and billing
Conduct post-event follow-up to build long-term client relationships
Maintain OPERA records and event documentation
Partner closely with Sales, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams
What You Bring
Experience in hotel catering, convention services, or event management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience with OPERA and Microsoft Office is an asset
Positive attitude with exceptional attention to detail

Pay: $60,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
