We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and uphold the high standards our guests expect.

Position Summary

As the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage, motivate, and train a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and coordinate all housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and laundry services.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and procedures to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
Maintain inventory and manage procurement of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment within budget guidelines.
Collaborate with front office and maintenance departments to ensure timely and efficient guest service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Monitor and report on department performance, staff productivity, and guest satisfaction metrics.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a housekeeping leadership role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort.
Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple priorities.
Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
Proficiency in housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management or similar is highly regarded.
