• Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation
• Market Research and Strategic Planning skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of CRM software
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Understanding of the luxury travel, events, and hospitality industry is a plus
• Experience in managing corporate offsites, destination weddings, and luxury retreats is a plus
