Assist in the preparation of executive presentations, reports, and briefing documents for internal and external audiences.
Track and compile data to support decision-making and performance reporting.
Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Manage expense reporting and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Support other Executive Assistants during leave periods, ensuring continuity of executive support.
Provide front desk coverage as needed, maintaining a polished and professional presence.
Monitor deadlines, track deliverables, and proactively ensure follow-through on executive priorities.
What You’ll Bring

Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting two C-suite executives.
Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
Proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination and drafting board papers.
Experience in managing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items in a corporate environment.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
A professional demeanor with the capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Our Benefits

At Compare the Market, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your talents will be recognised and rewarded. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to our continued success. As well as ample opportunities for growth and development, we also provide:

A vibrant and social community with annual celebrations, family fun days, and regular events.
Flexible work arrangements, including the option of one day working from home each week or a +-day fortnight.
