Job Summary:-We are seeking a highly organized

and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO, CFO, and Director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Serves as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as needed.

Handled confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.

Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences.

Track and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and action items.

Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of business objectives.
