Key Responsibilities
The Director's Assistant plays a crucial role in managing the Director's schedule, ensuring efficient use of time and prioritizing daily activities.
Main Objectives:
• Manage and maintain the Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily activities to optimize the Director's time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Attend meetings with the Director, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Screen and manage phone calls and emails, responding on behalf of the Director when appropriate.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Anticipate the needs of the Director and proactively address them.
Requirements
This role requires a skilled and experienced professional who can provide exceptional support to the Director.
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of providing high-level administrative support.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
