EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR - BKC LOCATION

from India. The Groups own cutting and polishing factories have built a significant reputation for the quality and
consistency of the diamonds it produces, in a fully comprehensive range that meets virtually every need or requirement.
The loose diamond division manufacturers 700,000 carats or + million pieces of beautifully faceted polished diamonds
each year and employs over 5500 people around the world in order to bring you and your customers outstanding cut,
fire and brilliance at the markets keenest prices
Job Profile
Executive Assistant
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organising events and conferences
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager.
Company Timings : +.00 am -- 6.00 pm
2nd Saturday and Sunday Holiday
