Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide seamless support to the Principal and their household, ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day activities.
Coordinate and supervise multiple properties.
Administer the Principal's calendar and appointments.
Plan and organise travel arrangements and itineraries.
Coordinate executive family events.
Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external communications.
Supervise and coordinate household staff.
Manage and handle sensitive documents.
Requirements
A minimum of four years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluency in English.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Absolute discretion and professionalism when managing confidential information.
A polished professional demeanor.
Approachable and personable nature.
Respectful and culturally aware.
