Role: Business Analytics Manager
Location : Delhi
Job type : Full time
Experienece: Consulting or Financial Controller background
Salary: 8-10 LPA
Domain: FMCG ( Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and sales performance across territories and clients
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and management dashboards.
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and trend spotting.
Support leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making.
Track key sales operations metrics: targets, pipeline, conversion, margins.
Partner with sales and production teams to align data with operations.
Build financial and operational models to support planning and forecasting
Monitor budget vs. actual performance and flag variances
Present analysis and recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Background in consulting or financial controllership preferred.
Strong experience in sales operations and performance analysis.
Proven ability to build MIS reports and dashboards.Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with BI/dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to leadership.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, production, and finance teams.
