We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Kausal Placement Services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to source qualified candidates.
Managing the Recruitment Lifecycle: Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations. Oversee the full recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Administrative Support: Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate information. Manage interview schedules, coordinate candidate communications, and track hiring metrics.
Additional Responsibilities:
Attend job fairs and career events to promote the company's image and attract top talent.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the company remains competitive.
Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
Factory Administration:
Responsible for general HR and administration of the entire plant.
Oversight of all administrative tasks for the factory.
Ensuring proper utilities bill payment and managing petty cash expenses with the rolling advance record.
Maintaining discipline on the shop floor and factory premises with the help of security personnel.
Ensuring Environment, Health, and Safety on the shop floor.
Monitoring the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff.
Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
